2. What is the check-in process?

We use a self check-in system, as the property is not staffed all the time. This means you will check yourself in when you arrive. The process is simple:

  • Immediately after booking – You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.
  • 10 days before arrival – We will send you an email with a short form to provide your basic guest information (no ID upload required).
  • 3 days before arrival – You will receive your self check-in instructions by email. This will include step-by-step guidance on how to enter the property and directions for parking.

 

3. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 13:00 (1:00 PM) – self check-in

Check-out: Until 10:00 (10:00 AM)

 

4. Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available, but it is located off-site, about 300 meters from the property near the entrance to the Old Town. Directions will be provided before arrival.

 

5. Where is Villa Varosh located?

We are in the heart of the Old Town of Ohrid, a historic and pedestrian-friendly area. Streets are narrow, so drive carefully if not experienced.

6.  Do you offer breakfast?

No, we do not offer breakfast. However, on the ground floor, there is a common area where guests can prepare coffee or tea, and enjoy cookies and fruits, free of charge.

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and throughout the property.

 

9. Is smoking allowed at Villa Varosh?

The property is smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed on the room balconies.

Yes, baby cribs can be provided upon request free of charge. They are subject to availability, so please let us know in advance.

 

15. Can you provide extra beds or two single beds in a double room?

No, there is no possibility to add extra beds in the rooms, and double rooms cannot be arranged with two single beds.

 

16. Can I bring my pet?

No, pets are not allowed at Villa Varosh.
