2. Can I contact you and ask you to make a reservation on my behalf?

No, all reservations need to be made directly by the guest through our website or through the booking platform they choose.

This helps ensure that all booking details, payment conditions, cancellation policies, and guest information are entered correctly.

If you have any specific questions before making a reservation, you are welcome to contact us and we will gladly assist you.

4. What is the check in process?

Villa Varosh uses a simple self check in system, as the property is not staffed at all times.

The process is organized step by step:

Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.

10 days before arrival, we will send you an online registration form where you can provide your basic guest information. No document upload is required.

3 days before arrival, you will receive your self check in instructions by email, including lock box details, entrance instructions, and parking directions if needed.

1 day before arrival, you will also receive an SMS reminder with the main self check in information.

 

5. What are the check in and check out times?

Check in: from 13:00 (1:00 PM)
Check out: until 10:00 (10:00 AM)

Check in is self service, and all instructions are sent before arrival.

 

6. Do you have a reception desk?

We do not have a traditional reception desk with staff present at all times.

However, we are available online and by phone if you need assistance before or during your stay. There is also a contact button at the property reception area if you need to reach us while on site.

 

7. Where is Villa Varosh located?

Villa Varosh is located in the heart of Ohrid Old Town, close to Saint Sophia Church, the lake, restaurants, beaches, and main historical attractions.

The Old Town is a historic area with narrow streets, so guests arriving by car should drive carefully and follow the parking instructions provided before arrival.

8. Is parking available?

Yes, we provide free private parking spaces near the entrance of the Old Town, approximately 300 meters from the property.

Parking directions are sent before arrival together with the self check in instructions.

Please note that streets inside the Old Town are narrow, so we recommend reviewing the parking information carefully before arriving by car.

 

9. Do you offer breakfast?

No, we do not offer breakfast.

However, on the ground floor there is a common area where guests can prepare coffee or tea and enjoy complimentary cookies and fruit.

 

10. Is WiFi available?

Yes, free high speed WiFi is available in all rooms and throughout the property.

 

11. How can I find information about restaurants, attractions, and local services?

Guests can use our digital guest app, where we share useful information about restaurants, attractions, beaches, delivery services, exchange offices, and other local recommendations.

12. Do you provide daily cleaning?

Yes, room cleaning is available upon request.

There is a cleaning button in each room. If you would like your room to be serviced, please press the button before 12:00 noon.

 

13. Is smoking allowed at Villa Varosh?

Villa Varosh is a smoke free property.

Smoking is allowed only on room balconies or outdoor areas.

 

14. Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Cancellation and change conditions depend on the rate and booking conditions selected when making the reservation.

15. Do you provide baby cribs?

Yes, baby cribs can be provided upon request free of charge.

16. Can you provide extra beds or two single beds in a double room?

No, extra beds cannot be added to the rooms, and double rooms cannot be arranged with two single beds.

 

17. Can I bring my pet?

No, pets are not allowed at Villa Varosh.

Yes, luggage storage can be arranged before check in or after check out.
